From February to August of 2022, Brain Health Matters was a weekly podcast.
Going forward from September, the show will be bi-weekly to give Kate more time to spend with her brain health clients and to devote to writing her fifth book, 'The Mindful Brain'. We'll see you back here on September 14th for Season Two.
