“Tune Up Your Brain” is a five week program designed to help you reduce stress, improve concentration and boost your memory using a unique combination of music, meditation and mindfulness techniques.
At the end of these fives weeks, you will have all the resources, and will have made into a routine, the techniques that will put your brain in a state of calm attentiveness. While in this state, you will make fewer mistakes, be able to think more clearly, and you will be able to handle stressful situations more easily.

Following the program means committing to a series of small changes every week that will culminate in a big change in your health and your future at the end of our time together. You will learn recipes, get great ideas for learning new things, and even experience music in a new way.
All along, you will be sharing your successes, frustrations, wins and losses with me and the other 11 people in the group.
We're all in this together, and each week, we'll meet online to discuss our progress, plan our next steps, share stories, ask questions, get support, and learn new ways to look after our brains, and those of our family members.
You'll make new friends during our weekly meetings, and have my support and that of your new friends all week long in our private Facebook group.
We are going to work hard, but we are also going to have a lot of fun and eat a lot of delicious food.
In the 8 weeks of this program, you will get the tools and implement the changes that will help you improve your health and enhance your cognitive function.
We keep these groups small - limited to 12 people, so that you can get the maximum support from me throughout, and we all get to know and support each other all along.
