Long Term Rentals

Casas Pacíficos is the home of Kate and her husband, Lynn Barry.

Casas Pacificos has been a retreat center and vacation spot since 2018, but now we are focusing on making available two of our casitas for long-term mature renters wishing to spend six months or more in a quiet, secure environment.

One casita is still available for shorter term visits of a week or more.

All the casitas reside in our peaceful, resort-like property in Punta Carnero, Ecuador.

We are just a one-minute walk from a beautiful 3 kilometre stretch of beach on one side, and protected wetlands that are a bird-lovers paradise just outside our gate.

This lovely private enclave has a beautiful swimming pool, bar, labyrinth and comfortable reading and relaxing areas.

Crowning the property is a raised palapa that overlooks Casas Pacíficos as well as the ocean and conservation land beside us.

For rest, relaxation, rejuvenation or a base from which to explore the wonders of Ecuador, Casas Pacíficos is the perfect home away from home.

Casa Azul and Casa Verde are both fully detached, private casitas just steps away from the pool in this beautiful 1/2 acre property where the sound of the ocean lulls you to sleep.

When you rent either casita, you also have unlimited access to a pool, labyrinth, and plenty of outdoor space. If you like to garden, you're invited tomake yourself at home!

Both units are 500 square foot one-bedroom casitas.Fully equipped, the completely renovated kitchens have refrigerator, electric cooktop, microwave, and toaster oven. Rental also includes dishes, cutlery, and pots and pans.

Put your feet up and enjoy the light-filled living room area of the main space. Both casitas come complete with air conditioner and are fully furnished.

The air-conditioned bedroom in Azul features a queen-sized bed, while Casa Verde has a double bed. Both feature large wardrobes and dressers.

The kitchen, living area and bathroom are downstairs, and this beautiful bedroom with private balcony is upstairs. All areas are fully air-conditioned for your comfort.

As you can see from this photo, the view from your private balcony on the second floor encompasses the entire property and the adjoining wetlands. This view is yours just by stepping out of the sliding glass door in your bedroom.
