This is a self-directed course that is set out to be completed over 14 days. Each day you will have a short video and a handout with important information you can use to improve your gut health. There is also an exercise for each day to help you incorporate these gut and brain-healthy actions into your life. Be sure to have a journal handy so that you can track your progress!
In addition to the lessons and prompts, each day Kate shares a new resource from herself or another brain health professional that you can use in your journey to better gut and brain health. This is a self-directed course, but you can have constant access to Kate through the Boost Your Brain and Prevent Dementia Facebook Group.
