In the 14 days of this challenge/course, which will run from May 17th through 31st, you will learn how to determine what can be causing your gut issues, how to address them, and how to enhance your brain health by attending to them.

Each day for 14 days you'll receive a short lesson by e-mail - either with a video or a handout that you can print or save on your computer. There will be a short exercise or prompt for you to follow to help you incorporate these gut and brain-healthy actions into your life.
You'll receive a welcome video with initial instructions, and then we will have two ZOOM meetings to go over any issues, questions, and to get feedback and support. They will be Monday, May 24 and Monday, May 31 at 8 p.m. eastern and of course they will be recorded.
We will have a private Facebook group for participants of this course ONLY. There you will be able to post your wins, ask questions or get help between the online meetings.
In addition to the lessons and prompts, each day we will share a new resource that you can get free or for no cost to help you in your journey to better gut and brain health.
